Dahsyat betol b ase life b pagi tadi. Miserable.. OUH OUH.. Btw, b pegi keje by car n by train. Pagi la tapinye. So mase na naek train, b ta seda dwet dalam wallet ta cukup. Na draw dwet ta bley. Duhh!!
ABES LA!! Takkan na 1/2 day semata² sbb lrt fees ta cukup. Humm. Can u imagine.. ta cukup 5 sen. It shud b RM1.30. But b cume ade RM1.25.. Almost 20 mins jugak la pk mane na carik 5 sen.
Kenyataannya, b sangat la bersyukur pada Allah sbb bantu b time tu. How i get it? Hurm, pinjam kat stranger. Heheheh. Now, baru b tau ape perasaan orang yg tibe² ta sedar dwet dalam wallet da getting less n have to mintak kat other pep eventho dowang nampak mcm bukan org susa. Humm. Seriously. So, the lesson is, jgn penah lupe untuk check wallet everyday. Yg lagi besh, selit la dwet kat dalam wallet tu n wat² lupe. Ahahaha. It helps.
The 2nd thing, i would like to share about my health circle. Btw, for the past few month, b ase uncomfortable with my period.
Well, sbg seorang p'puan, basically we shud now our date of period. I mean, kena salu la tanda n pantau. If late, then alert. If abnormal, then go to clinic n check. While b, sangat la pemalas to do all those thing. Makan pon ta jage kot. Plus b da gain weight. So period b da ta teratur. lebey kurang 3 to 4 month jugak la. So past 2 month b start amek supplement. And it helps. In terms of eating habit, it change my own food pyramid. It'll added mane² yg b kurang amek waktu bfast, lunch even dinner.
So now, my period back to normal. And i felt so HAPPY!!
U knoe y? When women got a prob with dat thing, the chances to having baby is less or zero. Or the percentage to get cancer is high such as cancer serviks. Mesti la sume org tanak jadi camtu kan..? So do i. Pasni, b akan pastikan, ape yg b makan, b dapat nutrition secukupnya.
So, i'll stop here. Da late nite. Esok b na g keje. But don't worry. B da check wallet. N InsyaAllah nothing bad happen. Amin.
