Hey, dah obes la..

Berat badan @ saiz badan? Damn i hate it when i saw a few pixie kat Sabah. Perut tak abes besa lagi. Humm.. I miss my old saiz. (=_=)" How to get it back? Jaga makan? Humm, susa nak buat tu. Exercise? I'll just gave it time as an excuse. Damn. Ye ke tak cukup masa? or just im being so pemalas. Sooooo oke. "Pelangi, apsal la bulan ni malas nak exercise, tapi asek cakap berat badan da naek.." Well, im just hoping dis Ramadhan will bring back my old shape. Dapat kecilkan sedikit pon dah alhamdulillah.

Actually, this things make me worried sbb da reach tahap obbese kot. Sengal la. Berat ideal should be 50-53 kg je. Tapi sekarang da reach 60kg. Gile berat kot... Humm. Baju pon da kena tukar saiz. Tak ske tak ske!!!

At least dapat turunkan dalam 5 kg pon jadi la. Tapi, masalahnya, aku ske makan. Cume lately, bile makan, cepat je rasa kenyang. Kenapa ye? Macam rugi plak if bebuka kat Hotel or any places yang bayar mahal for buffet. Huhuhuh. Humm, nampaknye buka cam biasa sudah. "Adushh, bulan bulan.. tolong la makan sikit bulan puasa ni. Lose weight please..!!!"

Notakaki : Currently, looking forward nak berbuka berdua dengan Pelangi. Heeee~
